Refund & Cancellation Policy
Section 1: Digital Intangible Assets
Article 1.1: The Non-Returnable Nature of Digital Goods
Websea provides various digital products, including but not limited to the Facile Admin administrative suite and associated software licenses. Due to the inherent nature of digital technology, these products are classified as "intangible goods". Unlike physical hardware, digital source code cannot be "returned" once it has been accessed, viewed, or integrated into a server environment.
Article 1.2: Waiver of Withdrawal Rights
By completing a purchase of any digital software license, you provide your express consent for Websea to begin the supply of digital content immediately. Consequently, you acknowledge and agree that you lose your right to a refund, withdrawal, or "cooling-off" period once the download process has commenced or a unique license key has been generated in your account dashboard. All sales of digital software are final and irrevocable.
Section 2: Hosting Service Provisions
Article 2.1: 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our infrastructure. For our Shared, BDiX and Turbo Web Hosting plans, we offer a comprehensive 60-day window from the initial date of purchase for clients to evaluate our server performance. This guarantee is intended to ensure that our hosting environment meets your specific uptime and speed requirements without financial risk.
Article 2.2: Refund Calculation & Settlement
Eligible hosting refunds are processed at a rate of 100% of the base plan price. Upon formal approval by our billing department, the settlement will be initiated within 48 working hours. Funds will only be returned via the original payment method used during the checkout phase to maintain financial security.
Section 3: Explicit Service Exclusions
Article 3.1: High-Resource Infrastructure
Refund policies do not extend to Virtual Private Servers (VPS) or Dedicated Server environments. These services involve the dedicated allocation of physical hardware and IP reputation resources which cannot be reclaimed retrospectively once provisioned.
Article 3.2: Technical Labor & Migrations
Websea provides professional migration services to assist clients in moving data. If a "Free Migration" was executed by our team and the client subsequently requests a hosting refund, a $5.00 non-refundable labor fee will be deducted from the balance to cover the technical work performed.
Article 3.3: Domain Asset Management
Domain names are registered via third-party registries. Once a domain is "Active," it is a registered legal asset and is non-refundable. Refunds are only available for failed registrations or persistent inactivity issues as verified by our technical staff.
Article 3.4: Setup & Commitment Terms
Any one-time "Setup Fees" charged for service configuration are non-refundable. Furthermore, monthly-billed packages are designed for short-term flexibility and do not fall within the scope of the 60-day guarantee.
Section 4: Abuse & Account Standing
Article 4.1: Violations of Acceptable Use
Websea reserves the right to void any refund eligibility for accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service. This includes, but is not limited to, engaging in fraudulent transactions, misleading marketing activities, or utilizing our servers for unauthorized criminal operations.
