At Websea, we believe in offering a transparent and fair refund policy that ensures client satisfaction. Our 30-day refund policy applies to our Shared and Turbo Web Hosting services, aiming to provide clients with ample time to evaluate our services.
Web Hosting Refund Guidelines:
- Eligibility for Refund: Clients are eligible to request a refund within 30 days from the date of their initial purchase. The refund will be processed at a rate of 100% and will be credited back using the same payment method employed during the purchase process. This policy is designed to offer clients the opportunity to experience our services risk-free and make an informed decision.
- Refund Processing Time: Upon the approval of a refund request, our team ensures swift processing within 48 working hours. We strive to expedite the refund process to ensure a prompt resolution for our clients.
- Exceptions and Terms:
- Fraud/Misleading Activities: Websea reserves the right to take legal action against any client found engaging in fraudulent, misleading, or criminal activities using our services.
- Monthly Packages: Refunds are not applicable for monthly packages, as they are designed for short-term commitments and do not fall within the scope of our refund policy.
- Suspended/Terminated Accounts: Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to violations of our terms of service are not eligible for refunds. (For further details, please refer to our “Why My Account Got Suspended” page.)
- Support Ticket for Information: Clients seeking additional information or assistance regarding refunds are encouraged to open a support ticket from their account. Our dedicated support team will promptly address any queries or concerns.
- Refund Exclusions for VPS/Dedicated Servers: It’s important to note that our refund policy does not extend to VPS/Dedicated Server services. These services involve distinct features and provisions, thereby exempting them from our standard refund policy.
- Migration Fees: Websea offers migration services either free of charge for specific services or at a nominal fee of $5 for others. In the event, that a client requests migration services and subsequently seeks a refund, a deduction of the $5 migration fee will be applied to the refunded balance.
- Domain Refund Policy: As a partner of Purple It Ltd, Websea follows a domain refund policy where refunds are not provided for active domains. However, clients encountering issues related to domain inactivity or similar problems can claim a 100% refund without any queries.
