Included with every Turbo plan

Turbo Hosting Features

Every Turbo plan includes cPanel, CloudLinux account isolation and Gen 4 NVMe storage, on servers monitored continuously against a 99.99% uptime target.

cPanel Dashboard

The most widely used hosting control panel. Manage files, databases and email from one familiar interface.

LiteSpeed Enterprise

Business and Professional plans run LiteSpeed Enterprise with more workers, so more visitors can be served at the same time during traffic spikes.

Gen 4 NVMe & DDR5 RAM

Gen 4 NVMe storage and DDR5 memory on AMD EPYC servers give faster database queries and file access than older SSD hardware.

CloudLinux Isolation

Each account has its own CPU, memory and I/O limits, so a busy neighboring site can't slow yours down. Limits are listed below.

Node.js & Python Apps

Run Node.js and Python apps from cPanel, with terminal access included. MongoDB is not included, so use MySQL or an external database.

1-Click App Setup

Install WordPress, WooCommerce, Magento or Joomla in a few clicks with Softaculous, with no technical setup needed.

Imunify360 Security

Malware scanning and a web application firewall help block common attacks. Servers get regular security updates.

Frequent Backups

Standard: daily backups, 30 kept. Business and Professional: backups every 12 hours, 60 kept, so you can restore from many points.

99.99% Uptime SLA

Servers are monitored continuously, and outages are posted on our public Server Status page.

Business Email & SSL

Use addresses like [email protected], with free SSL certificates that are issued and renewed automatically.

Free Migration

We move your site from your current host for free. Your old site stays live until you switch your DNS.

24/7 Support

Reach our team 24/7 by ticket, WhatsApp or phone for help with cPanel, email and migration.

Questions & answers

Turbo Hosting FAQs

Straight answers about how Turbo Hosting works for high-traffic stores and web apps. If your question isn't here, our support team is available 24/7.

What makes Turbo different from Shared?+

Turbo accounts get higher CloudLinux limits for CPU, memory and disk I/O, and run on AMD EPYC servers with Gen 4 NVMe storage and DDR5 RAM. Business and Professional plans also run LiteSpeed Enterprise with more workers, which helps during traffic spikes. You can compare every limit in the tables above.

Are the resource limits reserved for my account?+

They are limits, not reserved hardware. CloudLinux gives each account its own CPU, memory and I/O limits and stops any one account from using more than its share, so a busy neighbor can't take down your site and you can't affect theirs. Turbo is still shared hosting. If you need fully reserved resources, a VPS or Dedicated Server is the right choice.

What is LiteSpeed Enterprise and how does it help?+

LiteSpeed is a web server that replaces Apache and works with the same .htaccess rules. With the LSCache plugin on WordPress or WooCommerce, it can serve cached pages without running PHP or hitting the database for every visit, so you need to install and set up the plugin to get that benefit. The Enterprise license on Business and Professional adds more workers, so more visitors can be served at the same time.

How do backups work?+

Standard takes a backup every day and keeps 30. Business and Professional take a backup every 12 hours and keep 60, which is 30 days of restore points. Backups are managed with Backuply, and you can restore files or databases from cPanel yourself, or ask our support team to do it for you.

Can I host Node.js or Python apps?+

Yes. You can set up Node.js and Python apps from cPanel, and terminal/shell access is included. Apps run within your account's CloudLinux limits. MongoDB is not included, so use MySQL or an external database such as MongoDB Atlas. If you need MongoDB on the same server, root access or a custom runtime, a VPS is a better fit.

How does Imunify360 protect my site?+

Imunify360 scans for malware, runs a web application firewall, and includes Proactive Defense, which blocks known malicious behavior from PHP scripts. No tool stops every attack, so keeping WordPress, themes and plugins updated is still important.

Will you help me migrate from my current host?+

Yes. Migration is free on all Turbo plans. Our team moves your files, databases and email, and your old site stays live until you update your DNS, so visitors keep reaching a working site during the switch.

What if I outgrow Turbo Professional?+

We can help you move to a Managed VPS or Dedicated Server. Contact our support team and we'll plan the move with you, including your files, databases and email.

Where are Turbo servers located?+

Turbo is available in the USA, Singapore, the United Kingdom and Bangladesh. Choose the location closest to most of your visitors, because distance affects page load time. Every server has a 10 Gbps uplink.

Do you offer refunds?+

Yes. Hosting plans have a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you aren't satisfied, request a refund within 60 days of purchase. Some items, such as domain registrations, are not refundable. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
