0.0 WHO WE ARE

This Terms Of Service agreement (the “TOS”) lays down the terms and conditions by which WebSea’s Services will be provided to you. By registering, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age. WebSea reserves the right to modify this TOS, effective upon posting. No verbal agreement by any employee will take precedence over the TOS.

If the Customer resells services, the Customer remains solely responsible for their Clients. WebSea only recognizes the paying Customer. Violation of the TOS may result in immediate termination.

1.0 NEW ACCOUNTS

Account setup occurs after payment receipt and fraud screening. You must provide an email address that is NOT hosted on the domain you are signing up for. It is your responsibility to keep the primary email on file up-to-date.

ID REQUIREMENT: You must provide government-issued identification (Passport/NID/Driving License) and proof of address (Utility Bill) within 3 days of account establishment. Failure results in immediate denial as a fraudulent order.

2.0 TRANSFERS

Migrations are provided as a “best-effort” service. We cannot guarantee the time or possibility of a transfer due to proprietary host formats. Free transfer is available for 03 days from sign-up. After 03 days, or beyond 20 accounts for resellers, a fee of 300 BDT / 5 USD per account applies.

3.0 SATISFACTION & DATA

30-Day Guarantee: Valid only for Web Hosting. You must provide a detailed reason for cancellation; WebSea is the sole arbiter of validity. Refunds are not offered to suspended clients or second-time customers.

Personal Info: Update your data via client.WebSea.org. Information posted in public areas or forums becomes public information; removal is at our discretion and technical possibility.

4.0 PAYMENTS & VAT

Services are pre-paid. ITES services (Domain, Hosting, SSL) are subject to 15% VAT. Development services are subject to 15% VAT and 2% Sales Tax.

8.0 CONTENT RESTRICTIONS

Lawful purposes only. Prohibited content includes IRC Scripts, Proxy scripts, Warez, VPN Services, and Adult Content. We do not allow file hosting services (Rapid Leech, etc.) or Video Streaming (FFMPEG) on shared hosting.

Media Ratio: Media files (MP3/Images) must be under 20MB and must not exceed 10% of total site files on shared plans.

Potential harm to minors, specifically child pornography, results in immediate suspension and report to authorities without notice.

11.0 RESOURCE USAGE (SRAP)

We do not tolerate the abuse of system resources. One client may not compromise the stability of the entire server cluster.

Memory Usage: Max 90% per account.
CPU Usage: Throttled per plan details.
Email: 1000 Emails per hour limit.
